- The only RAM in an A3000 with enough address lines to be 32 bit
- is the internal FAST RAM.
- All older Amigas have a 24-bit wide address space.
- The CHIP ram conforms to the older (Amiga) standard.
- Look at a schematic diagram of the A3000 and compare the
- number of address lines going to the Agnus/CHIP ram.
- 16 bit addrress space is what the Commdore 64 had.
- 65536 bytes.
- 24-bit address space is:
- 16777216 bytes.
